Copyright notices and counter-notices
Report copyright infringement or respond to a removal with a confidential counter-notice.

Copyright notices
Identify the copyrighted work and the exact URLs of the allegedly infringing material. Provide your name, email, mailing address, phone number, electronic signature and the required good-faith, accuracy and authority declarations. Consider lawful uses, including fair use, before reporting.
The contact shown below is our configured copyright contact. We do not represent here that a designated agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. A report is not a court decision or an automatic instruction to remove content.
Counter-notices and restoration
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, use the independent counter-notice option with the original case UUID from your staff notice. You do not need the complainant’s private tracking token. Staff verify your identity and link the independent case without disclosing the original complainant’s information.
A counter-notice requires full contact information, identification and former location of the removed material, a signature, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake or misidentification, and jurisdiction and service-of-process consent. A valid counter-notice, including your contact details, is forwarded to the original claimant.
Restoration is manually reviewed in the 10–14 business-day window after receipt of a valid counter-notice, unless the original claimant notifies us of a filed court action seeking to restrain the activity. Staff check court-action information before restoration; there is no automatic restoration timer. Other independently applicable safety or policy restrictions may remain.
Repeat infringement and appeals
Repeat-infringer enforcement relies on human-confirmed findings, not an automatic count of allegations. Staff consider the record, reversals and counter-notices and may restrict or terminate accounts when appropriate. Use your case credentials to provide information or appeal a decision.
Submit a private report
Do not upload, copy, or send intimate images or child sexual abuse material. Supply URLs and a text description only. No attachments are accepted. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
