Make a request

Describe the right you wish to exercise and enough account or contact information to locate the relevant records. URLs are not required. Do not send passwords, private tracking tokens for other cases, government identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law and circumstances. We may request proportionate identity or authority verification before disclosing or changing personal information. We will explain limitations or additional steps in our response.

Responses and appeals

Save your private case credentials to check status and provide clarification. You can appeal through the case follow-up form or submit an appeal below, referring to the decision you are challenging. Do not include another person’s secret token. This page supplements the Privacy and GDPR pages; it does not promise that every request can be granted.
